This is what i want… A echo that will turn the tv on when asked, speakers and sub that will bluetooth to the tv to improve the sound, and do all this just by telling it to… no cables no connector boxes no hassle… OH and a alexa life like robot that will do everything else around the house… Is that really to much to ask ???

As an Apple user I'm really more excited about what Amazon is doing these days than what Apple is doing. Congrats Amazon on becoming better.

Doe the Echo Link AMP have and IR Remote… there looks to be an IR window on the front corner?

So the echo is now leaving the home, and becoming a ride along companion, and yet, still no waterproof option! Amazon — there's a lot of users who still want to use their echo in the bathroom, whether I want to trigger my audio while I'm washing, check the weather forecast while shaving, or order some more loo roll when I run out, having to leave the door open and yell at the echo dot I have in the hallway just sucks! Make a waterproof one, with a shaving plug adaptor to sit in the bathroom!

Guard mode....great unless you have parrots lol
