Amazon Echo Plus review: Deeper bass and a new look.

Amazon upgraded sound quality and added more smarts to its top-shelf, $150 smart speaker.

I reckon amazon turned down the bass on older models to try and sell these ones. I had to adjust my bass in my car which is powered by a dot.

This review is really bad. Literally no detail given to how the hub portion works. The 1st gen Echo Plus had limitations to how it could control Hue lights. I was hoping this review would explain if the same is true here.

I didn't noticed any difference between speakers sounds in this video.

It's very hard to compare sound quality from speakers via a microphone recording. A microphone isn't going to give you a true representation of how a speaker is going to sound, also, lossy audio compression may change the sound too. Having said that, the sound of the new Echo Plus in this video at least sounds more full bodied than the original, in this video the original has a thin sound and is lacking in mid range. I don't agree with the reviewers final comment about spending money on a speaker that has a screen, I like the fact that the Amazon Echo and Google Home are predominantly audio only devices. I know the Echo Show, Echo Spot and Google Home Hub have screens on them though.

Such a short review I didn’t like it this time. A lot of Cnet reviews I notice they’re too short. So if you please take notice of my comment Cnet I would appreciate it, so maybe you can do better reviews and comments again on some items in the near future thanks.
